9月9日，科技部科技评估中心在2024浦江创新论坛上发布中国科技成果转化年度报告2023和2024。报告显示，高校院所科技成果转化金额总体呈上升趋势，高校院所与企业产学研合作逐步深化。

图片描述科技部科技评估中心主任聂飙表示，我国高等院校和科研院所科研人员始终保持高昂的创新创业热情，不断攻坚克难，推动科技成果转化成效屡创新高。

报告显示，科技成果转化总体活跃，转化金额和项数不断增长。高校院所以转让、许可、作价投资和技术开发、咨询、服务6种方式转化科技成果的总合同金额由2019年的1085.9亿元增长到2023年的2054.4亿元，以6种方式转化科技成果的总合同项数由2019年的43.3万项增长到2023年的64.0万项。

截至2023年底，1038家高校院所成立了适合自身特点的技术转移机构，高校院所专职从事科技成果转化的人员为17881名，高校院所与企业共建研发机构、转移机构和转化服务平台数量达19574家。

从转化领域方向看，高校院所以转让、许可和作价投资方式转化的科技成果集中在“制造业”“科学研究和技术服务业”和“农、林、牧、渔业”领域，占3种转化方式2023年总合同金额的73.7%。从转化区域看，约60%的科技成果通过转让、许可和作价投资方式实现本地转化，为促进本地经济社会发展发挥了积极作用。

在科技部和财政部指导下，中国科技评估与成果管理研究会、科技部科技评估中心联合中国科学技术信息研究所自2018年起每年持续发布年度报告，对全国高校院所科技成果转化情况进行分析研究，方便政府部门和公众了解我国科技成果转化总体进展，更好营造科技创新生态环境。
